The exact shipping cost and delivery time will be indicated before payment.
International orders are subject to customs. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customers. Any delivery delays due to customs processing or other factors are beyond our control, and TERRAMERANA is not responsible.
In case of delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipping costs. Please make sure to check the status of your order in your confirmation email to avoid any inconvenience.
We disclaim any liability for loss or theft of packages once they are marked as 'delivered.'
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
RETURN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at bonjour@terramerana.co with your order number and the email address associated with the order. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping costs, return fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer as we cannot be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. We do not offer free returns at this time. Please use a tracked option to ensure that we receive your return.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to proceed with an exchange for an item of the same value, please contact us to arrange for the return. We will process the exchange once we have received your package. If the item you want does not have the same value, we recommend completing a regular return and placing a new order for the desired item.
CUSTOMS
VAT and import duties may apply to countries outside the European Union. TERRAMERANA cannot be held responsible for these charges. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations, as payment of these fees may be required to receive your order.
