The exact shipping cost and delivery time will be displayed before payment.

International orders are subject to customs. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any delivery delays due to customs processing or other factors are beyond our control, and TERRAMERANA is not responsible.

In case of failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any return and re-shipment fees. Please ensure to check the status of your order in your confirmation email to avoid any inconvenience.

We are not responsible for any loss or theft of packages once they are marked as "delivered."

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bonjour@terramerana.co with your order number and the email address associated with the order. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping fees, return fees, and taxes are the customer's responsibility as we cannot refund the initial shipping fees. We do not offer free returns at this time. Please use a tracked shipping option to ensure we receive your return.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item of equal value, please contact us to arrange the return. We will process the exchange once we have received your package. If the item you wish to exchange for has a different value, we recommend making a regular return and placing a new order for the desired item.

CUSTOMS

VAT and import duties may apply to countries outside the European Union. TERRAMERANA cannot be held responsible for these fees. Please familiarize yourself with the regulations of your country, as payment of these fees may be necessary to receive your order.
