All orders placed on our website will be processed within 48 hours for delivery in Metropolitan France within 2-3 business days. For international orders, please refer to your country's delivery times here. You will receive an initial order confirmation email and another email once the parcel has been picked up by the carrier.

Exchanges, returns, and refunds are easy. Just send us an email at bonjour@terramerana.co with your order number, and we will take care of it as soon as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer free returns.
