1. Tuileries Christmas Market — First things first, head to the Christmas market at Le Jardin des Tuileries for a 100% festive atmosphere. The place is usually crowded, so be prepared to face a sea of people unless you go in the morning or afternoon on a weekday.

2. Pastasuta — Simply the best fresh pasta in Paris. Originally from Padova, Italy, the chef followed in his mamma's footsteps by exporting his recipes and know-how to Paris. Opened just over a year ago, this cozy restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a 100% Italian meal that will undoubtedly transport you. A special mention for the truffle carbonara and the irresistible tiramisu.

3. Bonnie — If you are looking for an all-in-one place, here it is. Bonnie is a bar, a restaurant, and a club located at the top of the magnificent SO/ Paris hotel. Its New York-style rooftop environment will draw you in, and the quality offerings will keep you there until the early morning.

4. Alain Ducasse at Le Meurice — Ideally located in the chic neighborhoods between the Jardin des Tuileries and Place Vendôme, Le Meurice palace is a snapshot of French royalty of the time.
